A highly efficient and cost-effective laminating process is achieved with the "SMARTLAM" CHK hot-cold transfer press line (Twin Stack series).

The "SMARTLAM" CHK is a twin-stack system that provides increased efficiency and output compared to conventional single-stack systems. By utilizing two presses—one for heating and one for cooling—cycle times and energy consumption are significantly reduced.

Depending on the materials and laminate structure, the "SMARTLAM" can achieve up to 4 cycles per hour with 10 laminate layers per deck.

It is possible to place multiple laminates side by side in a single cassette. In alternative short-cycle test operation (without vacuum and pressureless preheating), approximately 1 to 2 cycles per minute can be achieved with 1 laminate layer per cassette.
