FIBER CUT laser cutting machines represent a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. Innovative fiber laser technology enables significantly faster, more efficient, and cost-effective cutting of sheet metal components compared to CO2 lasers. These machines are distinguished by high speeds, productivity, and exceptional cutting accuracy, ensuring unrivaled precision and repeatability.

LASER SOURCE POWER: 6000W
CONSTRUCTION
The laser frame has been designed and manufactured entirely in our factory. High-quality steel used for the production of the machines is cut, welded, and then subjected to precision machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms feature additional ribbing to provide high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.
DRIVES
Our machines are powered by high-resolution and high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all axes. Power transmission is realized via high-quality planetary gearboxes. Reliable and proven helical racks are used in the X and Y axes to ensure durability and precision.
CUTTING HEAD
Sheet metal cutting is performed by a water-cooled WSX head. Premium quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam on the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy. The HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to compensate for irregularities in the material. A protective window located between the nozzle and the lens safeguards the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.
LASER SOURCE
The machine is equipped with a Raycus Laser source featuring high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and high beam quality. This allows for faster and more effective operation while helping to eliminate operator errors. Additionally, the source is resistant to back reflections—that is, the return of the beam into the laser. Stable power output ensures efficient operation with minimal energy use.
COOLING
S&A CWFL dual-temperature industrial chillers are specifically designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature multiple alarm functions, including compressor delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable located at the rear of the machine minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table changeover takes only 10 seconds, allowing the operator time to remove cut parts and load new sheet material while the laser continues working on the second table. This system ensures exceptionally smooth production flow.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition—gears and guides need to be oiled at least every few days. The automatic system activates lubrication at predefined intervals and in the correct amounts, with all parameters controlled through the software.
