The ALPHA LASER ALM 200 laser welding machine was manufactured in 2014 in Germany by Alpha Laser GmbH but has been in use since 2017. This mobile laser welder is equipped with a 200 W laser source (9 kW laser beam power), allowing for the repair and modification of various die components, moulds, injection moulds, tools and machine parts at any chosen location. Welding is performed in a semi-automatic mode. The mobile laser welding system features a narrow laser head, enabling access inside the welded component. Controlled via computer, joystick, and foot switch. The machine is in very good technical and visual condition, and has been regularly serviced.
