The St52-grade steel construction frame undergoes a stress-relief process using vibration method, ensuring high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances even during long-term operation. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be precisely adjusted via the touch panel.

With REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 class motor, and a PLC-controlled system, the press delivers high efficiency, reliability, and long service life. Thanks to the automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts, maintenance requirements are minimized.
