General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 300 / 100 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is a high-rigidity hydraulic press solution developed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The St52 grade steel welded body undergoes a stress-relief process by vibration. Thanks to this, parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained consistently throughout the full stroke length during pressing operations. Ram and cushion systems operate independently, with both stroke and tonnage precisely controllable via a touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 efficiency class motor, and PLC-controlled operation, the system ensures maximum efficiency and dependable performance. Automatic lubrication and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

With its 300 / 100 ton capacity, this model provides an ideal industrial press solution for medium and high-tonnage metal forming, deep drawing, and die applications.
