The CRONOSSTECH 40/15 ton four-column hydraulic spinning press is a compact and robust press solution designed for precise metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Its four-column frame construction ensures stable parallelism and squareness tolerances throughout the pressing cycle.

The press frame, manufactured from St52 grade steel, undergoes stress relief treatment via vibration methods. Ram and pot systems are independently controlled, and stroke and pressure adjustments can be made precisely via the touchscreen panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor, and an automatic lubrication system, it offers long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. The user-friendly PLC-controlled structure minimizes operator errors.
