General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and forming applications. Thanks to the 8-slided H-frame structure, maximum rigidity is provided during the pressing process; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 400/150 model, featuring a 400-ton main ram and a 150-ton blank holder ram (cushion), is designed for deep drawing and forming applications requiring high tonnage. The frame is stress-relieved by vibration, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation.
