General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and drawing operations. Thanks to its 8-guided H-frame construction, maximum rigidity is achieved during the pressing process, and parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are reliably maintained throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 500/175 model, featuring a 500-ton main ram and a 175-ton lower cushion ram (pot), is designed to provide full control over the die and part in high-tonnage deep drawing and drawing operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved using vibration methods, aiming for a long service life and reliable operation.
