General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and drawing applications. Thanks to the 8-guided, H-frame body structure, maximum rigidity is ensured during pressing; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances remain stabile throughout the long stroke.

The CHSP 600/200 model features a 600-ton main ram and a 200-ton lower blank holder (pot) capacity, providing precise control over the die and workpiece during high-tonnage deep drawing and forming operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-term, reliable operation.
