Two short-design cylinders for plastic injection.
Direct screw drive; ceramic heaters on the barrels.
Standard screw geometry L/D = 22.
Hardened and nitrided screw, diameter Ø 90 mm.
Maximum injection volume: 2,740 cm³.

Open nozzle: front radius R = 35 mm, channel diameter Ø 6 mm, mounting thread M55×3.
Increased specific injection pressure: 2,180 bar.
Plasticising capacity: 85 g/s (for polystyrene, screw Ø 90 mm).

M3-type barrel – bimetallic, increased resistance to corrosion and wear, permissible temperature up to 350°C.
