Areas of application:
Cleaning of cooling lubricants (KSS), emulsions, and cutting oils without consumable filter materials. Installation at machine tools for individual machines, machine groups, and central systems.

Function:
A vacuum pump, directly connected to the inner chamber of a filter drum, draws the medium into the drum interior. During this process, contaminants are retained on the surface of the filter drum via a fine mesh. The vacuum increases due to the resistance of the building filter cake. Once a preset negative pressure is reached, the drum is automatically flushed. An installed scraper chain conveys the sludge out.
