Descrizione
We offer this used Neptun MASTER WAVE HP 2800 glass washing machine, manufactured in 2019.
Wave HP 2862-80 HD
Neptun’s heavy-duty vertical glass washer is designed for intensive use, with corrosion-resistant components and extensive use of AISI 304 stainless steel. It handles glass up to 80 mm thick and 300 kg per linear metre, including float, acid-edged, coloured, printed and pyrolytic glass.
Inlet conveyor
The 3,200 mm inlet conveyor has motorised rubber rollers, bevel-gear transmission and stainless-steel shafts. Sensors detect glass thickness and dimensions for PLC control. Its independent drive pauses incoming sheets during thickness changes until the machine is clear and adjusted. A foot pedal allows heavy sheets to be loaded while the conveyor is stopped and the rest of the machine continues running.
Prewashing and washing
A separate 400 mm prewashing module isolates prewash water from the main wash. Without a closed-circuit tank and pump, water consumption is 1,200–2,400 l/h.
Cjdj Ah Hgzopfx Ai Eshd
Three washing circuits use three pairs of 160 mm brushes with 0.30 mm bristles. High-density front brushes have inverter-controlled speed. Separate overhead motors drive front and rear brushes. Each circuit includes a 900 µm inlet filter, a 300 or 150 µm cartridge filter, a stainless-steel immersion pump and a drain valve. The first two circuits have independently controlled heating up to 50°C. A separate rinsing circuit sprays both glass faces.
Water management
Water flows from the final circuit towards the first tank. Specified water limits are conductivity below 150 µS, salts below 80 mg/l, chlorides below 30 mg/l, hardness below 6°f and no iron. Demineralisation is required where these limits are not met or for insulating-glass production.
Programmable preheating and automatic tank draining/refilling prepare the machine for the next shift. Rinse-tank conductivity control regulates demineralised-water input. Flowmeters display circuit flow and trigger cleaning alarms for filters or nozzles.
Drying and energy saving
The sound-insulated drying section uses one set of air knives, automatically positioned to suit glass thickness. Belt transport avoids roller contact after rinsing. SmartSpeed sets separate speeds for washing/drying and final trailing-edge drying. Stated fixed-speed performance applies to glass up to 10 mm without holes or notches; thicker glass or glass with holes or notches may require slower drying.
Ecosave® automatically reduces drying airflow and energy demand when glass is absent. The source quotes savings of up to 41%, with a separate Ecosave Full example claiming 60% under the specified glass-size and spacing conditions.
