Netstal EVOS 5500-2000 Injection Moulding Machine

Highly compact, hydraulic, three-platen clamping unit with encapsulated lubrication system, providing an oil-free environment in the mould area.
High-precision and wear-resistant linear guides ensure maximum mould durability and machine uptime.
The hybrid injection unit features a modular design and a flexible performance package (metering, clamping, injection), which can be adapted to the application.
Maximum plasticizing performance and optimal melt quality are ensured through component selection tailored to the specific process.
Servo-electric dosing drive and modern valve technology guarantee energy-efficient operation.
