FIBER CUT laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. High-quality steel is used for machine production; it is cut, then welded, and precision machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are reinforced with additional ribbing, which ensures high rigidity and eliminates vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are equipped with Schneider AC servo motors featuring high resolution and output (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), providing the necessary acceleration and speed in each axis. Power transmission is handled by high-grade planetary gearboxes. Classic, proven helical racks on the X and Y axes deliver long service life and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
Sheet cutting is performed by a liquid-cooled WSX cutting head. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the laser beam precisely on the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy. The HSU system automatically adjusts the head's height to compensate for material irregularities. A protective window between the nozzle and lens shields the optical assembly from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine is equipped with a Raycus Laser source featuring high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and a high-quality beam. It enables faster, more effective operation and reduces operator errors. Additionally, the source is resistant to back-reflection, preventing laser beam return. Stable power output ensures efficient work with minimal energy usage.

COOLING
S&A CWFL dual-temperature industrial chillers are specially designed for cooling fiber lasers. They offer a range of alarm functions, including compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable at the rear of the machine minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes just 10 seconds, allowing the operator to remove cut parts and load new sheets while the laser continues working on the other table. This system ensures highly efficient production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, racks and linear guides must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic lubrication system supplies oil at preset intervals and precise quantities, all adjustable via the control software.
