The inoCOMB Cabrio compact silo is used for mixing and conveying pumpable materials (mineral or organic products) with a grain size of up to approx. 8 mm. It is suitable for processing pre-mixed dry mortar, screed material, or floor leveling compounds supplied by the material manufacturer. The material container of the compact silo can be filled with bagged goods, one-way containers, or big bags. During operation, the dry material is conveyed from the material container into the mixing tube by the dosing screw. In the mixing tube, the dry material is blended with water by the mixing shaft, producing a homogeneous, pasty, or liquid product. At the outer end of the mixing tube, the blended material falls directly into the pump hopper. In the pump hopper, the material is transported by the pump shaft to the pump unit (rotor/stator). From there, the material is pumped via material hoses directly to the application site.
