Industrial hall air filtration: numerous technological processes in production facilities, mainly during metalworking operations. Extraction systems recovering coolant, often mounted directly on machines, are frequently insufficient or simply not installed. Machine tool retooling, frequent opening of enclosures, or a lack of covers on machining heads often leads to the release of oil mist outside the machine area—into the working environment where employees are exposed to inhalation of harmful mist and vapors.
Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves air quality at workstations and should be considered the ideal filtration supplement for halls where complete separation of oil mist by coolant recovery devices is impossible or particularly difficult to achieve.
Automatic monitoring of air quality and room temperature: An innovative PLC control system compares data to detect limit value exceedances at workstations, monitors heat build-up under the hall ceiling, and fully automatically regulates temperature and air quality.
