We are selling the OAC-90F due to discontinuation of production. The machine is in excellent condition, has low operating hours, and was mostly used in single-shift operation for R&D development purposes. The plasma source and the cryopump were serviced in mid-2025.
The machine is located in Guntramsdorf near Vienna and can be tested on site.
