Descrizione
Purchased just before the coronavirus pandemic specifically for CNC machine dust extraction. Very little use – less than 900 operating hours. A Biesse Rover CNC router is also for sale in a separate listing.
Buyer is responsible for dismantling and transport.
The AL-KO Power Unit is a high-efficiency enclosed filter system equipped with a clean-side fan. The unit meets H3 filtration standards: return air dust content is less than 0.1 mg/m³. Delivered fully assembled for quick and easy installation and commissioning. Dust is collected in containers located under the filter, allowing for convenient removal of collected material. The filtered air can be either returned into the production facility or discharged outside via a separate duct system. The enclosed design ensures low noise levels and a dust-free environment around the unit. The return air dust content is only one-tenth compared to traditional bag filter units!
Filter cleaning is automatic, performed by compressed air or mechanically by agitators. Automatic cleaning is controlled by a negative pressure sensor. The system also performs post-cleaning upon shut-down. The filter media is classified as category C and is antistatic. Changing filter bags is easy via the lightweight, easily opened top cover.

Placing the fan on the clean side of the filter provides advantages over conventional systems in terms of fire safety, noise level, and reduced maintenance needs. Mechanical pre-separation of chips reduces filter media wear and decreases filter load, ensuring optimal filtration performance. Power Unit systems feature exceptionally low noise levels, as little as 69 dB!
In addition to wood dust, AL-KO extraction systems are suitable for a variety of other processing materials, including plastics, stone, cement, gypsum, and aluminum.
