organizes a public auction with voice, with increasing bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the office of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. In case of non-award, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Those interested in the viewing are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.

During the organization of the public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In case of award, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the awarded goods. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the date of issuing the tax invoice, using the exchange rate set by the Romanian National Bank for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation required for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, will contain the participation regulations, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets above 5,000 euros. The documentation can be acquired at the judicial liquidator’s office or by phone and will be sent to the participant by e-mail.

The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant has been declared the winner and will be refunded to persons who have not been declared winners.

In case of equal price, the winner will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the moment of awarding. If the remaining balance is not paid, the winning bidder shall lose the advance paid as guarantee and will no longer be able to participate in upcoming auctions organized.
