The fruit press, juice press, and belt press offer efficient juice extraction using a modern single-belt press. The pre-macerated fruit is gently pressed between a high-quality polypropylene belt, which is guided over specially designed pressing rollers. After the initial pressing process, the pulp is conveyed via a return chute into a smaller press area and is compressed again – ensuring maximum juice yield.

Automatic belt tensioning is achieved by pneumatic drives, guaranteeing consistent and reliable operation. At the end of the process, a final scraper cleanly removes the pomace from the belt and discharges it from the press.

The extracted juice flows through an integrated screening belt into the juice collection tank, from where it is efficiently pumped away. During operation, the press belt is continuously cleaned with a high-pressure water jet – ensuring optimal hygiene and uninterrupted performance.
