The machine is equipped with:
RMV-40 - Automatic edge magazine, 0.4-3mm edge thickness, end cutting shears with roller and optical sensor, trims edge length on the workpiece (saves edging material)

Combi Melt – gluing zone, EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives, as well as compatible with all standard cleaning granules
Machine control:
via 15-inch color touch monitor, unlimited number of sequentially stored programs, complete pre-selection of machining units as well as working parameters for the combimelt gluing system for full automation and highest operator comfort.
Electronic control – positioning points with high accuracy of +/- 1 mm
Through Beckhoff industrial PC, some units can be adjusted during machine operation

-F- Pre-milling:
For pre-milling workpieces before glue application,
2 HF motors 1.5 kW, forward and reverse, automatic control
-Kc- Double end trimming device:
with 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm
-Bfc– Rough cutter
Rough cutter for machining solid wood edges from the surface and radius pre-profiling.

-AKF- Automated copying cutter as universal milling unit:

Double-sided processing, automatic control, for smoothing rounded edges
FZK flat scraper for cleaning the edge and adhesive overflow
-GE- Second guide rail for panel feed (can be swung away or positioned to the machine)
-GS- Edge lubrication spray unit
-RS Set- with 4-way chemical spray and cleaning unit
-ZKc- Scraper unit R1
-WE Angle fence - for precise guiding of workpieces into the edgebander

Trouble-free machine in excellent condition with regular service by OTT (Asamer s.r.o.).
The machine is currently fully operational in production, testing possible – PUR gluing in operation. Available for pickup at the end of 2025.
