CHP 250 automatic machine for grinding the complete tooth geometry of carbide-tipped circular saw blades.

With the CHP250, two CNC axes control both the bevel grinding and the grinding wheel infeed.

Suitable for diameters from 80 to 810 mm and blade thicknesses up to 8 mm.

Any tooth shape can be ground on the face or back in one pass.

Tooth pitch from 6 to 120 mm.
Rake angle: -30° to +50°
Clearance angle: 5° to 45°
Tooth height difference up to 3 mm.
Bevel grinding on the tooth back up to 45°, on the tooth face up to 15°.

Grinding wheel outer diameter: 125 mm; bore diameter: 32 mm.

The machine is equipped with a filter cleaning system. The filter system is made of stainless steel.
A knee switch relaxes the clamping carriage. Extraction and central lubrication are included.
Also included is extensive accessory equipment, blade holders and centering rings.
