Description
For sale: a heavy-duty, Dutch-made wide belt sander Boere TKKKK 1300 featuring a high-performance configuration with 4 roller aggregates (contact rollers). This industrial machine is built for heavy-duty calibrating and sanding tasks, making it ideal for high-capacity furniture factories, solid wood production lines, and demanding carpentry shops.
The model designation 1300 signifies a massive working width of 1300 mm, allowing easy processing of oversized workpieces such as large table tops, panels, and frames. Boere machines from this era are renowned for their rock-solid, heavy cast-iron/steel chassis that effectively absorbs all vibrations, ensuring absolute precision and perfect flatness of the processed surfaces.
Equipped with four consecutive sanding rollers, this machine can execute the entire sequence of aggressive calibrating and multi-stage grain graduation in a single pass. With a total current intake of 172 A, the powerful drive motors offer enormous torque and cutting capacity for non-stop industrial operations.
