is organizing a public auction, with ascending price, for the individual sale of the assets identified in this notice.
The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If assets are not sold, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator by phone at 0763 478 619 to express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

During the public auction proceedings, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon sale, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. The conversion into lei will be made at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) on the date of invoice issuance.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender documentation for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practice, will contain participation rules and will be available from the insolvency practitioner for 500 lei+VAT for assets up to EUR 5,000 and 1,000 lei+VAT for assets over EUR 5,000. It can be purchased from the office of the judicial liquidator or by phone, with electronic delivery by email to the buyer.

The auction participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at the office of the judicial liquidator at least 24 hours before the auction date. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for successful bidders and will be returned to those who were not declared winners.

In the case of equal bids, the successful bidder will be the one who commits to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the adjudication. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the successful bidder will lose the paid guarantee and will not be able to participate in subsequent auctions.
