A new purchase makes our reliable edge banding machine, bought new in 2016, available for sale. The machine has operated in an 8-person carpentry workshop. A complete overhaul was carried out in January 2025. New radius scrapers, new milling tools, and new polishing wheels were installed. The pre-milling unit was resharpened. The glue roller coupling was replaced. The glue pot underwent a full refurbishment and cleaning.

The machine is suitable for both EVA granulate (e.g., Henkel Dorus KS351) and PUR adhesives.

Pre-milling depth, edge banding material thickness, and upper and lower milling tool positions can all be conveniently adjusted from outside the machine housing using handwheels.

The control system allows you to save your own edge banding programs.

For edge banding of 0.4 and 2.0 mm, pneumatic adjustment is performed automatically via the program.
