The separator is equipped with five shafts, allowing the material inside more space to loosen up in the direction of shaft rotation. The shafts are arranged inside the housing at a 15° angle to each other. This configuration creates a rounding effect, as the material is pre-directed and set into self-rotation, leading to significantly higher throughput and material quality compared to separators with fewer shafts.
